Seven Lakes NC 27376.(Map) Our first step is listening to your needs,
desires, and budget. We then interpret those into solutions that
are creative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing.

2: Once we feel that
we have a good understanding of your vision, we develop a preliminary
plan along with relevant specifications for your new home. |

3: Select fittings and
furnishing: It is important to us that your home reflects your individual
style and personality from the inside out. BVH Construction is available
for assistance and advice to help you and your family design the
interior and exterior of your home. We also work with a number of
helpful leading vendors that will assist in selecting the elements
that make up your home. |

4: Prepare Estimate:
After we have gathered the information from you and our vendors,
we will then prepare a cost estimate for your review. |

5: Approve Contract agreement:
Upon approval of the cost estimate, BVH Construction will create
a contract for your review and signature |
 |
6: Break Ground: Once you have approved
the contract, the permit process begins. In approximately 2 weeks
we will begin to construct your new home. |
