I'd like to take this opportunity to personally thank you and the entire BVH Construction team for building our dream home in Southern Pines. I've always heard that building a home is the most stressful thing that a couple can accomplish together, but BVH proved the pundits wrong.
There is nothing more satisfying that driving up to my home each day and seeing the actual end-product of my vision that started nearly two years ago. From our initial meeting in Pinehurst through the final removal of the BVH Construction sign in my front yard, the entire process was enjoyable. And, while I realize I am a stickler for details, every aspect of my home was constructed in an absolutely professional and meticulous manner.
Most importantly, I'd like to pass on my deepest appreciation to Mr. Martin Hovland, our homebuilding supervisor. I cannot imagine a better project manager for BVH Construction. He ensured that every single detail was addressed, and never accepted anything other than perfection by the sub-contractors. Martin made Kathy and I feel like we (and our home) were the most important things in the world. We always felt that our best interests were being served, and I am proud to give him the credit for making our dream come true.
Finally, I'd like to express my gratitude and amazement to BVH for completing my home precisely on the initial projected date-seven months from start to finish! My research had indicated that Southern Pines and Pinehurst builders had an overwhelming reputation for running 2-6 months behind schedule. Your effort and timeliness were not missed by the Mid South Club members. I am proud to brag on BVH Construction, and I will forever highly recommend your company to prospective home-builders.
Thanks again for all that you've done for Kathy and I. This home will certainly be the foundation for future Sims family memories.

As the developers of Legacy Lakes in Aberdeen, NC, Forest City Land Group Southeast has worked very closely with BVH Construction Services, Inc. For approximately 2 years.
Initially, this relationship began with the construction of The Plantation House. The 8,000 square foot community center houses our Welcome Center, Racquet & Fitness Club as well as a grand gathering room for residents and events. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience in which the project came in on time and under budget.
Additionally, BVH Construction Services, Inc. is a member of our select builder group for single family homes and has recently contracted to construct the Townhome section in Legacy Lakes.
